to carrying a home forward.

Carrying a home forward to the next generation is not work to be rushed. Listening, investigating, confirming — step by step, we decide together with the homeowner. From the first consultation through handover and the succession beyond, here is how we work.

From hearing your needs through survey, design, construction, and handover, we move through five stages one at a time, carrying the home on to the next generation.

First, we listen to how you live and what you hope for. What time you have spent in this home, and with whom you wish to carry it forward. Alongside this, we survey the building and confirm its structural and regulatory conditions. Everything begins with this dialogue and on-site survey.

Design & Research

Design & research

Based on what we learn, our in-house architectural designers and architects draw up the plan. The structure worth keeping, the layout worth using, the materials that will last. Our three labs — regulation, structure, and materials — bring their knowledge to each home, developing the drawings together with the homeowner. As many times as it takes to feel right.

Estimate & Agreement

Estimate & agreement

Once the plan is set, we make the scope and cost of the work clear. What it costs, and why — we explain each item openly, hiding nothing. Only once the homeowner is satisfied do we make the commitment to begin. We never proceed while things remain unclear.

Our construction managers plan the schedule with the craftspeople and bring the drawings to life as a real home. Because those who design and those who build are in the same company, even the smallest decisions on site stay true to the original intent. We keep you informed of progress at every stage.

Handover & succession

We hand over the completed home. But our work does not end there. A home is something to be lived in and passed on. We share how to care for it and stay close to the life that follows. Made one home at a time, lasting one home at a time. Let us watch over it, all the way to the next generation.
